I am Keelin O’Dwyer-Rea, a psychologist specialising in adult ADHD assessments. My practice focuses on supporting individuals who suspect that underlying ADHD traits may be impacting their career, academic studies,  relationships and quality of life.

Many of my clients arrive feeling exhausted, misunderstood, or overwhelmed from navigating these challenges without concrete answers. My purpose is to guide you through a clear and supportive assessment process that brings clarity to your personal experiences, clarifies whether you meet the criteria for an ADHD diagnosis, and establishes practical next steps tailored to your lifestyle.

My approach
Every assessment I conduct is fully evidence-based, highly individualised, and client-focused. The framework includes two specialised clinical interviews, validated diagnostic rating scales, and a comprehensive review of your personal history, alongside review of collateral information where available. You will be provided with continuous feedback, official diagnostic letters where criteria are met, and an actionable roadmap designed around your specific goals.

My Training 

I offer over a decade of professional experience championing neurodivergent individuals across diverse environments, including corporate wellness programs, residential facilities, and community health settings. I earned a BA (Honours) in Psychology from Dublin Business School and an MSc in Health Psychology and Behaviour from Brunel University London.

 

Furthermore, I am a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and have completed comprehensive training through the UK Adult ADHD Network (UKAAN) in the specific areas of adult ADHD identification, assessment, and psychosocial care.

I am an accredited member of the Psychological Society of Ireland, the British Psychological Society, the Association for Contextual Behavior Science and the International Association for Coaching Psychology.
